CI&T is seeking an Agile Coach to lead client teams in applying agile methodologies and AI-enabled practices. You will design and deliver training, facilitate ceremonies, and help teams improve processes in English.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster strong client relationships, and participate in monthly meetings in the Campinas region as needed. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential.

Act as a process leader for teams at a client that is a renowned North American media company.

You will work closely with the client on an ongoing basis, teaching best practices, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting teams. The role is more similar to that of an Agile Coach: you will lead training sessions on agile methodologies, processes, metrics, and the use of AI for the client’s team in English. It is very important to have knowledge and hands-on experience in these areas, as well as a genuine interest in teaching.

You should have experience with:

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, including reading and conversation (daily and constant interaction with international clients and partners)
• Experience with software engineering and digital product development
• Building and developing cross-functional development teams
• Experience with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum)
• Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and clients
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• Clear organization and communication
• A large part of the CI&T management team is based in Campinas and the surrounding region, and they hold monthly meetings to exchange best practices. Availability to participate in these meetings is a plus
