Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures regarding the Depot and Equipment of the CTSCS Division.
2. Follow procedures related to Equipment Automation, Guarantees, Maintenance, and Services as per SOPs.
3. Provide technical support to optimize critical building systems, including mechanical, electrical, electronic controllers, automation, energy, and waste management systems.
4. Use building control systems to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.
5. Oversee technical building operations to ensure system improvements meet project standards.
6. Make recommendations for modifications to critical building systems for installation, repair, or maintenance.
7. Assist in implementing facility design changes and coordinate work efforts of skilled personnel.
8. Develop relationships with suppliers for technical services and equipment supply.
9. Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and project completion.
10. Assist in generating Self Inspection reports with the Depot Pharmacist.
11. Manage documentation related to Depot and Equipment, including manuals, diagrams, and reports.
12. Access CTM-Star system to upload and revise humidity and temperature reports.
13. Collaborate on equipment documentation revisions and change control systems.
14. Monitor and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance for systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, generators, and security systems.
15. Ensure maintenance and audit documentation are completed and filed properly.
16. Perform power generator tests and ensure fuel tanks are full.
17. Be on call 24/7 for emergency response, including contacting subcontractors and following emergency procedures.
18. Monitor alarm and monitoring systems, generate temperature reports, and perform alarm tests.
19. Develop and verify qualification protocols and reports, and calibrate sensors as per QA instructions.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Electric or Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience (10 years required).

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO:

Country Manager, Depot Project Manager, Principal Engineer.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Knowledge of maintenance operations for installation, service, and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams.
• Team-oriented and committed to quality environment.
