Qualificações

Job Details

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Follow World Courier Standard Operating Procedures concerning the Depot and Equipment of the CTSCS Division.
  2. Carry out procedures related to Equipment Automation, Guarantees, Maintenance, and Services as per SOPs.
  3. Provide technical support to optimize critical building systems, including mechanical, electrical, electronic controllers, automation, energy, and waste management systems.
  4. Use building control systems to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.
  5. Oversee technical building operations to meet Depot project standards.
  6. Recommend modifications for critical building systems, installations, repairs, or replacements.
  7. Assist in implementing facility design changes as a technical resource.
  8. Coordinate and delegate work to skilled personnel.
  9. Develop relationships with new suppliers for technical services and equipment supply.
  10. Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and project completion.
  11. Assist in generating Self Inspection reports with the Depot Pharmacist.
  12. Quote components and services, and inform management of costs.
  13. Maintain an updated database of depot and equipment documentation.
  14. Access CTM-Star system to upload and revise humidity and temperature reports.
  15. Collaborate on equipment documentation and change control systems.
  16. Monitor and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs for various systems.
  17. Ensure maintenance and audit documentation is complete.
  18. Review work performance and safety compliance.
  19. Communicate with external providers regarding contracts.
  20. Perform power generator tests per SOPs, ensuring fuel tanks are full.
  21. Be on call 24/7 for emergencies, providing assistance and coordinating responses.
  22. Follow emergency procedures to safeguard stored products.
  23. Coordinate corrective maintenance with subcontractors and generate reports.
  24. Investigate contingencies and suggest preventive actions.
  25. Monitor and maintain alarm and monitoring systems.
  26. Generate and verify temperature reports; perform alarm tests.
  27. Prepare qualification protocols and reports, following quality assurance instructions.
  28. Calibrate sensors as instructed.
Experience and Educational Requirements

Electric or Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience (minimum 10 years).

Reports Directly To

Country Manager, Depot Project Manager, Principal Engineer.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements
  • Good command of English (written and oral).
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations for installation, service, and repair.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate teams.
