SAP HCM

1. Assist in Production support tickets and year-end activities in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
2. Work closely with customers, partners, field personnel, and the engineering team while taking into account industry best practices in developing and driving the Platform product roadmap.
3. Specific experience implementing integration to or migrating from backend SAP ERP HCM is desirable.
4. Ability to manage and track project issues, risks, and change requests.
5. Lead and motivate multiple project work streams.
6. Take responsibility for the delivery of large global multimodule SuccessFactors implementation projects.
7. Interact with clients and stakeholders to create business requirements and work with Boomi specialists on the extraction of data via the Sfactors API and application testing of logic to satisfy business requirements.
8. Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC HCM configuration, specifically in OM, PA, and PD.
9. Experience with SAP transactions such as PFAL, CHARM, and Solution Manager.
10. Experience in working in an AGILE environment and with agile tools.
11. Execute troubleshooting and problem resolution.
12. Must have worked under project management guidelines, including providing level of effort estimates, work task development, and input.
