We are looking for dynamic and creative Special Projects Assistant to support the development of unique, high-impact commercial projects that push the boundaries of creativity and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of special commercial projects from initial concept through execution, supporting work across digital platforms, social media, podcasts, and more. (Events, Multimedia productions and similar)
• Support in the development of client-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with creative and brand strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, editorial, design, and production teams to provide administrative and logistical support, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, helping to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support the ideation of innovative solutions.
• Responsible for the implementation and production of client campaigns and the delivery of reports and communications that highlight project progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and document project performance, providing basic insights and feedback for improvements in future initiatives.
• Copywriting responsibilities for client projects, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with brand messaging across all content.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management within a media company, agency, or related industry is a must.
• Voice-over skills with the ability to engage audiences for commercial projects is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of media platforms and emerging trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Conversational level in English and/or Spanish is required.
