• Ensure the progress of the project, especially regarding meeting deadlines and adhering to the planned budget;
• Build the project schedule, identify potential issues, risks, and general project controls;
• Manage client delivery according to the timeline;
• Manage the project lifecycle, budget, and risk control; be the driving force of the project, with strong communication and relationship skills, and a proactive attitude;
• Prepare action plans and status reports for operational, managerial, and executive levels;
• Be responsible for ensuring the proper execution and management of projects to meet established goals, deadlines, and costs, while also promoting and implementing continuous improvement of project management processes and tools;
• Maintain client relationships and periodically report project progress to the client;
• Structure the project’s strategic objectives and lead the team to achieve them;
• Be responsible for fixed-scope projects.
  
  

Main Responsibilities
