A leading automotive company seeks a Finance professional to join the OnStar team. This hybrid role involves working with cross-functional teams across South America and the US, focusing on financial KPIs, P&L forecasting, and business case preparation. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and leadership skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in financial tools.
Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join OnStar team which is a subscription business that is constantly growing on a year-on-year basis. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work with a team spread across five countries in South America and the US, deal with a broad range of responsibilities in finance such as KPIs, Profit and Loss forecasting, business case, and billing.
Responsible for consolidating actuals and forecast main financial KPIs (such as subscription volume, price per unit, volume mix, and churn rates)
Consolidate Non-GM vehicles P&L forecast and lead revenue recognition process with the business and accounting teams for new launches
Responsible for running pre-closing revenue scenarios
Consolidation of the per unit contribution margin per sales channel and package type
Prepare closing, forecast, budget and long-term planning executive presentations
Support with billing process, leading case resolutions driven by discrepancies across several systems (billing, CRM, and SAP systems)
Being the focal point for Digital Service & Experience teams on financial ad-hoc demands
Prepare business cases and execute pricing/cost efficiency analysis to support business growth
Identify opportunities for standardize requests across the region and look for modernization process improvements

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, and other related areas
Proven experience in finance such as accounting, FP&A, or finance business partner roles with a strong track record of success
Experience with executive presentations
Exceptional data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Advanced English proficiency
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications):
Proficiency in software and tools such as MS Office and SAP, experience with Oracle Hyperion will be a plus
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI and with programming language (SQL and Python) will be a plus
Spanish proficiency will be a plus
