Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance professional to join the OnStar team, a subscription business that is constantly growing year over year. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work with a team spread across five countries in South America and the US, handling a broad range of finance responsibilities such as KPIs, Profit and Loss forecasting, business case development, and billing.

1. Responsible for consolidating actuals and forecasting key financial KPIs (such as subscription volume, price per unit, volume mix, and churn rates).
2. Consolidate Non-GM vehicles P&L forecast and lead revenue recognition processes with the business and accounting teams for new launches.
3. Manage pre-closing revenue scenarios.
4. Consolidate the contribution margin per sales channel and package type on a per-unit basis.
5. Prepare executive presentations for closing, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
6. Support billing processes, leading case resolutions driven by discrepancies across systems (billing, CRM, and SAP).
7. Serve as the main contact for Digital Service & Experience teams on financial ad-hoc requests.
8. Develop business cases and perform pricing and cost efficiency analyses to support business growth.
9. Identify opportunities to standardize requests across the region and pursue modernization process improvements.
