We’re looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join Randstad’s internal talent acquisition team, supporting one of the world’s largest global tech companies. This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, follows a hybrid work model (one day per week in-office), and is offered under the CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho) employment scheme.

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, with a particular focus on sourcing niche technical talent. You'll manage a high volume of roles and candidates, collaborate closely with multiple hiring managers, and provide market-driven insights to guide and optimize hiring strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategically source and attract top talent—especially for technical positions—through various sourcing channels and market research
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring goals
• Manage multiple open roles and a high volume of candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Present weekly hiring progress updates and insights to internal and client stakeholders using data and KPIs
• Ensure ATS compliance and data accuracy throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with internal teams to support recruitment process improvements, scope changes, and regional expansions
• Act as a consultative partner by providing market intelligence, hiring trend analysis, and recruitment strategy recommendations

What You’ll Bring:

• 1.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (technical recruiting is a plus, but not required)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work with diverse hiring managers
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments with a focus on efficiency and results
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• A self-assured, consultative mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
