About the Role

In this role, you will focus on leveraging IBM IT solutions within the Latin America region, using your technical and communication skills to enable and influence IBM business partners and customers. You will be part of a team of TD SYNNEX architects, whose mission is to provide technical support to the business initiatives of IBM resellers in Latin America, while promoting IBM solutions within the TD SYNNEX ecosystem and the broader IT market.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical solutions expertise to customers and end users in a consultative sales environment.

• Develop comprehensive solutions that meet the requirements and specifications of customers.

• Maintain up-to-date expertise across a variety of technologies, such as data centers, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and cloud solutions.

• Deliver internal and external technical presentations and training sessions.

• Act as a visionary to recommend strategic vendors that will enhance TD SYNNEX’s portfolio.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify new or existing customers who require specific technologies.

• Assist in determining the developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as needed.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ensure adherence to attendance and punctuality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership in understanding and presenting the value proposition of IT solutions and products.

• 5+ years of proven experience working as a pre-sales specialist or IT architect for security solutions, or in the context of data and AI architecture.

• Experience with IT solution sizing and pricing processes.

• Expertise in communications network architecture and security.

• In-depth knowledge in the architecture and pre-sales of sensitive data protection solutions (e.g., DAM, Encryption, Discovery, Analysis, Classification).

• Expertise in identity protection solutions architecture and pre-sales (e.g., IAM, Identity Protection, PAM, Access Management).

• Ability to identify and understand customer cybersecurity challenges and pain points.

• Strong communication, presentation, and technical objection handling skills.

• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

• Experience working with hybrid multi-cloud environments.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure options, including servers, virtual machines, and containers.

• Knowledge of information security governance processes.

• Familiarity with technological platforms like SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and SIEM.

• Experience working with enterprise product vendors such as IBM, Oracle, or Microsoft.

• Strong understanding of cloud solutions and adoption practices.

• Familiarity with IBM Cloud Paks products.

• Understanding of IT container platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.

• Experience in Incident Response and working within a Security Operations Center (SOC).

• Knowledge of security and technologies in the Cloud.

Working Conditions

• Professional hybrid working model, with on-site presence required three times per week at our office located on Avenida Alfredo Egídio de Souza Aranha.

• Flexibility to work extended hours may be required depending on business needs
