Netcracker Technology is seeking an SVT Engineer to join our Implementation Engineering teams across LATAM. You will define SVT strategy, break down activities into plans, and drive SVT execution with project teams in a hybrid Brazil-based setting.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with CRM/e-commerce in high-load software, SVT testing, and English fluency to collaborate with global teams. This role emphasizes performance validation and timely SVT reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience in CRM and e-commerce functionalities in high-load software.
• Experience with OS monitoring tools (Grafana).
• Experience with performance testing.
• Experience with workload generator tools (Load Runner, JMeter, Grinder).
• Strong SQL and Linux knowledge.
• Experience SVT (stress volume testing).
• Experience testing non-functional requirements.
• Fluent English verbal and written skills.
• Hybrid work availability (office in Brazil).

Responsabilidades

• Define SVT strategy and break down activities into SVT plan.
• Present SVT strategy to project management and teams.
• Control SVT suite development and ensure quality.
• Provide SVT visibility to PM and stakeholders.
• Validate SVT results for validity and conformance.
• Prepare and present SVT reports to customers.
• Report SVT risks in a timely fashion.

Job Summary

Netcracker Technology is looking to hire an SVT Engineer to join our Implementation Engineering teams located throughout the LATAM region.

Responsibilities

• Establish efficient communication with project management
• Establish efficient communication with project teams (Dev, QA, TA)
• Define SVT strategy
• Present SVT strategy to project management
• Breakdown SVT activities into steps, create SVT Plan & control execution
• Control SVT suite development for quality and following best practices
• Provide SVT process visibility to project management
• Validate SVT results for validity and conformance to SVT strategy
• Prepare SVT Report
• Present the SVT report to the project team
• Report all SVT process risk to PM in a timely fashion
• Report all performance bugs isks to TM\PM|SA in a timely fashion
• Present the final SVT Report to the customer

Skills And Experience

• Experience in commercial projects (CRM, E-commerce Functionalities, high-loaded SW)
• Experience in OS monitoring tools (Grafana)
• Experience with Performance testing
• Experience in workload generator tools like Load Runner, JMeter, Grinder
• Good knowledge of SQL Queries & Linux OS
• Experience with SVT (stress volume testing)
• Experience testing Non-Functional requirements
• Fluent English verbal/writing skills
• Accuracy and responsibility, attentiveness, analytical skills
• Availability to work from the office in Hybrid mode.

Education

• University Degree in SW Development, Computer Science or related issue.
