Job summary

AUMOVIO Brazil Industry Ltda. (0668) seeks a senior technical lead to act as the interface between software development teams across locations, system architects, project management, and customers.

You will support risk analysis, issue resolution, and root-cause investigations while coordinating cross-functional engineering activities and ensuring release readiness. Advanced English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical interface between software development team from other locations, system architects, project management and customers.

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal software development and software quality processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities.
• Knowledge of embedded software development for automotive applications.
• Familiarity with requirements management and development tools such as Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS.
• Clear and effective communication skills across different organizational levels.
• Advanced English (interaction with global teams).
• Preferably with experience in projects in the automotive industry.
• Nice to have: PMP certification, knowledge of ASPICE, Safety, Cybersecurity, and AUTOSAR.
