You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure quality compliance while delivering customer value and long-term profitability for the product.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of OEM structures and product development processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project definition and planning: Setup an initial project plan in accordance with the business areas valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones/ Q-Gates, etc.).
• Manage project scope, budget, timing, and quality targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize operations
• Ensure compliance to the business areas processes
• Track the project progress, define corrective measures of deviating from the plan
• Control released project budget and project resources per approved project plan
• Report the project status using the valid tool and process set
• Drive risk management and change management activities
• Escalate issues if necessary

The Project Manager role is that of an entrepreneur within the organization, leading one or more projects with OEM partners and taking full ownership of project delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are executed on time, within R&D and manufacturing budgets, and in compliance with quality standards.

The Project Manager serves as the primary interface between the customer and AUMOVIO, driving customer satisfaction while ensuring the economic success of the project and the long-term profitability of the product throughout its lifecycle.
