We are hiring a Software Support Engineer to work in a dynamic role involving Linux-based infrastructure and applications, covering layers from bare metal to open source applications like OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph, and more. This role offers an opportunity for a Linux and open source enthusiast to build a career at Canonical, addressing critical issues that often require upstream bug fixes, and working across the entire tech stack.
The role includes troubleshooting, collaboration with upstream communities, developing bug fixes, reviewing code, and maintaining clear communication. It is a remote position with potential international travel up to 10% for meetings and conferences.
