Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on AI/ML engineer to maintain and evolve AI-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and observability while aligning with business goals.

You will turn real-world problems into production-grade AI use cases, collaborating with engineering, product, data, and business teams to architect AI-enabled systems and develop AI agents, with strong emphasis on incident response and documentation.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of AI agents, frameworks, and orchestration.
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (WebSockets, gRPC, SSE, HTTP Long Polling, event-driven systems, and message queues).
• Strong software engineering including APIs, service architecture, and system integration.
• Version control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Desirable: Observability, logs and metrics; basic statistics and model evaluation metrics.

• Strong software engineering experience (backend or full-stack).
• Knowledge of APIs, service architecture, and system integration.
• Practices in version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Desirable:
• Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, monitoring).
• Basic understanding of statistics and model evaluation metrics.
