BEES, AB InBev’s B2B platform, seeks a senior software engineer to guide technical feature design and translate business needs into scalable BEES enhancements. You will own problem understanding, partner with stakeholders, and help build robust microservices with Java/Spring in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teams, review code, and push for high-quality architecture while delivering practical solutions impacting retailers and sellers across markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
• Experience with Microservices architectures (RESTful/JSON, Spring Boot, Java).
• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Understanding of distributed systems.
• Experience working in a scaled Agile & Scrum environment.

Responsabilidades

• Guide technical feature design and own business understanding to deliver BEES solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate ideas into tangible BEES application changes.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to architect scalable, customer-first solutions.

What you\'ll do:

• Play a critical role in guiding technical feature design.
• Take ownership over understanding the business and operational problems at hand and how to best deliver solutions for the team.
• Partner with business stakeholders to transform commercial ideas into tangible changes in the BEES application.
• Put the customer first and move quickly in a dynamic business environment to architect simple but scalable solutions in collaboration with the Product organization and local Business Operations.
• Evaluate and raise the bar for your technical team, participating in select code reviews and contributing to the code base directly when needed in order to facilitate increased efficiency and robustness.
• Build out the team and grow their capabilities; mentor and develop engineering teams on best practices in development.

What you\'ll need:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
• Relevant development experience; experience at a fast-paced tech company is a plus.
• Experience with Microservices architectures (RESTful/JSON, Spring Boot, Java).
• You have an understanding of distributed systems.
• You have worked in a scaled Agile & Scrum environment.
