AB InBev | Growth Group is seeking an experienced Android/Kotlin Mobile Engineering Lead to coordinate the development team and drive on-time, high-quality deliveries. You will serve as Scrum Master, guiding agile ceremonies and tackling impediments, while aligning engineering with product and design decisions.

The role requires strong OO design, APIs, CI/CD expertise, and a keen eye for scalable, AI-enabled mobile solutions.

Qualificações

• > University degree in computing (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems)
• > Prior experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams
• > Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• > Native mobile (Android/Kotlin) development experience
• > Knowledge of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD
• > Familiarity with AI capabilities in development workflows
• > Advanced knowledge in design patterns and best practices
• > Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation)
• > Good communication skills in English; experience with Agile/Scrum

• Coordinate the mobile (Android/Kotlin) development team, ensuring on-time delivery with quality;

• Be challenged to create scalable and reliable solutions.

We are looking for people with:

• University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
• Previous experience leading or coordinating mobile development teams;
• Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;
• Solid experience with native mobile (Android/Kotlin) development;
• Understanding of modern Android architectures, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with incorporating AI capabilities and tools into development workflows and software architecture;
• Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices;
• Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation);
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology.
