People Profilers Pte Ltd invites applications for a Social Worker/Caseworker in a welfare home. You will develop individualised care plans for residents, execute the plan, and coordinate care with relevant stakeholders to support residents’ well-being.

To qualify, you should hold a degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling (or a Graduate Diploma), be prepared to follow SOPs, work shifts per duty roster, and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
