RYZ Labs is seeking a Social Media Manager responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You will manage daily operations across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, creating campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and adoption. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of professional social media marketing experience
• Deep knowledge of social media channels and effective use for marketing and personal use
• Up-to-date understanding of social media platforms and strategic leveraging
• Experience in content creation, including photoshoots, managing content creators, and curating content
• Experience with community management tools like Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc.
• Strong writing and editing skills to articulate the brand voice creatively and compellingly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global, localized marketing programs
• Proficiency in demand generation content such as campaigns, emails, web content, newsletters, and ads
• Excellent project management skills
• Advanced analytical skills
