About the Role : Brazino777 is looking for a Social Media Manager to manage our Twitter presence in Brazil. This position focuses on organic growth, using a strong understanding of Twitter’s platform, algorithms, and culture to build brand awareness and increase engagement. If you’re a Twitter expert who follows trends, understands the Brazilian market, and knows how to grow a brand’s online community, this role is for you.By submitting your CV, you will be required to complete a test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement Twitter strategies focused on organic growth.
• Stay updated on Twitter trends, platform updates, and user behaviors.
• Adapt content to fit Brazilian trends, ensuring relevance to the target audience.
• Develop real-time content that sparks conversations, drives retweets, and engages followers.
• Track and analyze Twitter metrics to optimize performance.
• Actively engage with the Twitter community, fostering brand loyalty.
• Use analytics tools to adjust strategies and align activities with brand goals.

Focus Areas for Organic Growth:

• Algorithm Mastery: Leverage Twitter's algorithm to maximize visibility.
• Hashtag Use: Implement targeted hashtags to improve discoverability.
• Viral Content: Identify opportunities for viral posts, including memes and user-generated content.

• Proven experience managing Twitter accounts with a focus on organic growth and engagement.
• Expertise in Twitter algorithms, knowing how to optimize content for timing and early engagement to increase visibility.
• Ability to analyze metrics like impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian culture and Twitter-specific trends, ensuring content is timely and relevant.
• Excellent copywriting skills in Portuguese, crafting concise, engaging tweets that encourage retweets and replies.
• Skilled in community management, building a loyal following through consistent interaction and trend participation.
• Experience creating viral content using Twitter features like threads, polls, and trending hashtags.
• Proficient in using Twitter analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies for organic growth.
• Ability to manage social media crises quickly, responding to negative feedback while protecting the brand.
