Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase the YouTube channel's audience and engagement.
• Create and curate engaging video content that will attract and retain viewers, including short-form videos, teasers, and trailers.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags to improve searchability and maximize organic growth.
• Collaborate with the video production team to plan and schedule content releases that align with our marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve channel performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster relationships with viewers and influencers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and YouTube marketing.
• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to increase channel growth and engagement.

Qualifications:

• An advanced level of English.
• Proven experience as a social media manager, with a focus on YouTube channel engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and communicate effectively with viewers and influencers.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and other YouTube analytics tools.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
