We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a socially savvy individual who is in tune with the latest trends, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about building and nurturing online communities. You will develop and execute strategic, relevant outbound community engagement initiatives on behalf of our clients.

What You Will Do...

1. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and concerns promptly, professionally, and in a manner aligned with the brand voice.
2. Engage with trending videos and content authentically, ensuring engagement aligns with brand identity and audience interests.
3. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
4. Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve engagement strategies.

Additional Tasks May Include:

• Identifying new social media trends and opportunities.

What You Will Need...

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A personal PC/laptop with a working webcam.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for social media (bonus if you have an active TikTok account to share).
• A good home working environment with a stable internet connection.
• Experience in Community Management and familiarity with the US market.
• Understanding of US culture.
• Experience in Social Media and Customer Service (non-voice) is advantageous.
• The ability to work an 8-hour shift aligned with US time zones.
