Job Description: Shift Supervisor at Morrison Living

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position at Cedarbrook Fountain Hill, located at 724 Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill, PA 18015.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend and both morning and evening shifts. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Dietary experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Oversee the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal-setting and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
