Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety while coaching the team and maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you will own shift execution, manage workflow, and support profitability with cash control and inventory tasks. Opportunities to grow into higher roles are available.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to BK standards and learning new responsibilities.
