ITCommence in São Paulo is seeking a SharePoint Developer to design and build intranets, document libraries, and automated workflows for enterprise clients.

You will work with SPFx, TypeScript and React, integrate Power Automate/Power Apps, and ensure handover-ready solutions that clients can maintain. You’ll collaborate with our US engineering team and Chennai delivery center to deliver scalable SharePoint Online solutions.

Qualificações

• 3+ years developing on SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
• Experience with Power Automate flows and SharePoint REST or Graph API
• Understanding of SharePoint governance, permissions, and information architecture
• Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize SharePoint Online solutions: sites, libraries, content types, and permissions
• Build custom web parts and extensions with SPFx, TypeScript, and React
• Automate business processes with Power Automate and Power Apps integrated into SharePoint
• Migrate content and sites from legacy platforms or on-premise SharePoint to SharePoint Online
• Gather requirements with client teams and translate them into site and information architecture
• Implement governance: naming, permissions, retention, and versioning that scale
• Troubleshoot performance and adoption issues on existing client environments
• Document what you build so client IT teams can maintain it
• Collaborate with our BI team when SharePoint data feeds reporting

As a SharePoint Developer at ITCommence, you’ll design and build the document libraries, intranets, team sites, and automated workflows our enterprise clients run their operations on. The work spans SharePoint Online configuration, custom development with SPFx, and process automation with Power Automate, always with a focus on solutions the client’s own team can live with after handover. You’ll work alongside our engineering group in the US and at our Chennai delivery center.

Required Skills

Nice to Have

• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-600 or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Teams app development or Viva Connections.
• Background in SharePoint migrations (ShareGate or similar tooling).
• Exposure to Azure Functions for SharePoint-connected services.
