Job summary

Landis+Gyr in Curitiba (PR), Brazil, is seeking a motivated student intern to support the administration and enhancement of business applications within Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.

You will gain hands-on experience with data migration, reporting, and solution delivery, collaborating with IT teams while developing skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps like SharePoint, Teams, Excel.
• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI is a plus.
• Strong English for technical and business communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist administration, maintenance, and enhancement of business apps including Microsoft 365.
• Support data migration, content organization, and document management initiatives across Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Support application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for new features, upgrades, and deployments.
• Help create, maintain, and improve application documentation, knowledge base articles, user guides, and operational procedures.
• Assist with application support requests, troubleshooting, issue tracking, and resolution activities.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Platform.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance automation, collaboration, governance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support solution delivery.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business applications, data management, and software development concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power Platform, is desirable.
• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, or similar business applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, or database concepts is beneficial.
• Experience through academic projects, internships, or hands-on technical activities is preferred.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical and business communication.
