BENTELER Group is hiring in Campinas for a professional to lead and develop the Shared Services Center, driving end-to-end process improvements across multiple functions. The role emphasizes transformation, service delivery excellence and regional collaboration within a global automotive group.

The candidate will design and implement targeted processes, manage stakeholder expectations and foster continuous improvement through analytics, automation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in Shared Services, Business Services, operations, consulting or transformation.
• Strong track record in end-to-end process analysis, optimization, service transitions and change management.
• Practical experience with automation, digitalization and AI-enabled process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively analyze end-to-end processes with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Sales, SCM and other functions; identify simplification, standardization, bundling and transfer potential.
• Drive continuous improvement and use workflow automation, RPA and AI to reduce manual effort, improve quality and accelerate processes.
• Build business cases, define measurable targets and ensure identified productivity, cost and quality improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Convert opportunities into clear target processes and transition plans, including scope, responsibilities, documentation, SLAs, KPIs and stabilization.
• Act as the primary SSC partner for regional and functional management; facilitate workshops, challenge existing ways of working and maintain a prioritized improvement pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Process analysis & potential identification: Proactively analyze end-to-end processes with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Sales, SCM and other functions; identify simplification, standardization, bundling and transfer potential.

• Efficiency realization: Build business cases, define measurable targets and ensure identified productivity, cost and quality improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Transformation & transition: Convert opportunities into clear target processes and transition plans, including scope, responsibilities, documentation, SLAs, KPIs and stabilization.
• Business partnering: Act as the primary SSC partner for regional and functional management; facilitate workshops, challenge existing ways of working and maintain a prioritized improvement pipeline.
• SSC development: Expand the SSC Americas service portfolio and position it as a transformation partner for the business.
• Global SSC collaboration: Work closely with the Global SSC organization and functional peers in the SSCs in Europe and APAC to align standards, share best practices and leverage cross-regional synergies.
• Operational excellence: Ensure stable, high-quality and audit-ready service delivery, transparent performance management and effective escalation.
• Leadership: Lead and develop the SSC organization and foster customer focus, accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in Shared Services, Business Services, operations, consulting or transformation.
• Strong track record in end-to-end process analysis, optimization, service transitions and change management.
• Practical experience with automation, digitalization and AI-enabled process improvement.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and ability to translate potential into executable initiatives and measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills in an international matrix organization.
• Fluent English; Spanish is an advantage.
