Baker Hughes is seeking an Integrated Solutions Service Pusher to lead offshore wellsite operations, coordinating Baker Hughes products, services, and contractors to deliver flawless execution. The role focuses on safety, on-time delivery, and service delivery excellence for offshore projects.

The candidate will work with operators, rig contractors, and third-party providers, ensuring efficient resource use and strong customer engagement while promoting continuous improvement and collaboration

Qualificações

The Integrated Solutions Service Pusher

The Integrated Solutions Service Pusher leads and coordinates all Baker Hughes work at the wellsite and serves as the primary focal point for the customer. In this role, you will lead all elements of Baker Hughes products, services, and contracted parties at the wellsite. Your primary objective will be to drive flawless HSE performance, ensure on-time delivery, and consistently achieve Service Delivery excellence. You will work closely with operators, rig contractors, third-party service providers, and Baker Hughes teams to coordinate operations, optimize resource utilization, and ensure successful execution of Integrated Solutions projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading Baker Hughes integrated operations on the rig in close cooperation with operators, rig contractors, and third-party service providers.
• Supervising operations according to the approved well activity program.
• Coordinating and coaching Baker Hughes personnel regarding HSE activities, operational planning, and job execution.
• Serving as the first line of support and technical reference for offshore Baker Hughes personnel performing wellsite activities.
• Ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Acting as the primary Baker Hughes focal point for customers at the wellsite.
• Participating in operational reviews, safety meetings, morning meetings, and other customer engagement activities.
• Providing timely entries into Job Center for Integrated Solutions activities.
• Supporting DBR reporting processes, KPI evaluations, and continuous improvement plans.
• Managing offshore and onshore personnel demand, planning, and coordination activities, where applicable.
• Optimizing the utilization of Baker Hughes offshore and onshore resources.
• Effectively utilizing Remote Operations Centers during operations when applicable.
• Leading offshore equipment failure investigations and ensuring findings are properly reported and communicated.
• Capturing, documenting, and implementing lessons learned and best practices.
• Promoting collaboration across multiple Product Lines, functions, geographies, customers, and external partners.

Fuel your passion

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Have relevant experience within the Oil & Gas industry and Well Construction operations.
• Demonstrate previous experience in a Team Leader role.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Field Service operations, installation activities, and maintenance operations.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and troubleshoot complex operational activities.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
• Be proficient in spoken and written English as a working language.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across Product Lines, business functions, geographical regions, and external stakeholders.
• Have availability and willingness to work offshore.
