Professional Areas Information Technology
Establish and manage a regional business relationship management organization;
Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of Front Office initiatives;
Work closely with business areas to develop and implement strategies for Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Customer Services, etc;
Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of key projects;
Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs;
Ensure the IT department has a deep understanding of business processes and requirements;
Monitor and report on the progress of Front Office initiatives and projects;
Ensure monitoring, capacity planning and automation are aligned to service needs;
Follow up of applications evolution and anticipate actions with third parties;
Lead vendor management related to Front Office initiatives and ensured compliance with contractual commitments;
Provide management dashboard with activity KPIs, and operational detailed communication and reporting;
Setting up regular meetings with service teams;
Being a key player in the relationship among global, business and local teams;
Proactively drives the opportunity for standardization and simplification of the processes, to increase efficiency within the organization;
Maintains a positive working relationship with the Client, Peers, Sponsors, Employees, and Contractors.
Extensive experience in leading Front Office initiatives in a large organization;
Oversee key projects and define strategies for Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Customer Services, and other Front Office functions;
Proven track record of managing global programs and transitioning regional systems to global ones;
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, and Customer Services;
Experience in building and managing business relationship management organizations;
Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;
Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage cross-functional relationships;
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
