Responsibilities
- Guarantee service operations and continuous improvement of production/application services, balancing project management, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance with economic realities.
- Support the transition from regional to global Front Office systems.
- Establish and manage a regional business relationship management organization.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of Front Office initiatives.
- Work closely with business areas to develop and implement strategies for Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Customer Services, etc.
- Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of key projects.
- Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
- Ensure the IT department has a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of Front Office initiatives and projects.
- Align monitoring, capacity planning, and automation with service needs.
- Follow up on application evolution and coordinate actions with third parties.
- Lead vendor management related to Front Office initiatives, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
- Provide management dashboards with activity KPIs and detailed operational reports.
- Set up regular meetings with service teams.
- Act as a key player in relationships among global, business, and local teams.
- Proactively identify opportunities for standardization and process simplification to increase organizational efficiency.
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, peers, sponsors, employees, and contractors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading Front Office initiatives in large organizations.
- Proven track record managing global programs and transitioning regional systems to global ones.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, and Customer Services.
- Experience in building and managing business relationship management organizations.
- Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
