  • Nice to have: Experience in transportation, logistics, trucking, construction, equipment, home services, legal, finance, or another lead‑generation industry.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to programmatic SEO or large, location‑based website portfolios.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, Profound, SEOTesting, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, PageSpeed Insights, WordPress, Airtable, and ClickUp is useful, but knowledge of every tool is not expected from day one.

  • Refresh and optimize existing content by updating information, consolidating pages, improving internal links, and aligning content with search intent.
  • Generate AI‑assisted content for assigned page series, then edit, fact‑check, and optimize it to ensure accuracy, usefulness, and quality before publication.
  • Support programmatic SEO and location‑page initiatives through research, quality assurance, and content checks.
  • Conduct website crawls to identify technical SEO issues, indexation problems, broken links, and internal linking gaps.
  • Work with developers to prioritize and implement technical SEO improvements.
  • Build and maintain SEO reports and dashboards, tracking performance changes, opportunities, and results.
  • Analyze organic search data to understand the contribution of SEO initiatives to qualified leads and revenue, beyond traffic and rankings alone.
  • Support link‑building, outreach, and broader website authority‑building initiatives.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, data specialists, and PPC teams to coordinate and deliver SEO projects.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities proactively to the Senior SEO Lead.
