SumUp is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Corporate Treasury Americas in São Paulo. You will own cash flow forecasting, maintain daily cash positions across markets, and ensure payments and reconciliations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have corporate treasury exposure, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and the ability to work independently across countries. The role sits in our São Paulo hub with an office-first setup and offers a path into automation projects shaping treasury

Qualificações

• Experience working in a corporate treasury department with exposure to cash management and payments operations.
• Strong knowledge of FX operations, including settlements and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with large, multi-source data handling.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies with ERP.

Team description

Our Corporate Treasury Americas team keeps cash moving safely and efficiently across every country SumUp operates in throughout the region, covering everything from daily bank positions to cross border payments. This role sits at the heart of that operation, acting as the right hand to the team's coordinator and taking ownership of cash flow forecasting, reconciliations, and payment execution across multiple markets. It's an opportunity to build deep expertise in how a global payments business manages liquidity, and then use that expertise to help shape the automation projects that will define how the team works going forward.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain short and mid term cash flow forecasts, tracking variances between actual and forecast results
• Manage the daily cash position across multiple countries, including bank balance consolidation and cut off times
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between bank statements and the ERP
• Coordinate vendor, tax and international payments within multi level approval and segregation of duties controls
• Support FX operations, including trade closures, settlements and documentation
• Contribute to month end close activities linked to treasury transactions

You’ll be great for this role if

• Experience working in a corporate treasury department, with solid exposure to cash management and payments operations
• Strong knowledge of FX operations, including settlements and supporting documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with comfort handling large, multi source data sets
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries, adapting to different banking practices and payment rails
