SumUp’s São Paulo hub is seeking an experienced onboarding and benefits lead to shape the new hire journey and employee wellbeing across Brazil. You’ll own end-to-end onboarding, manage benefits operations, and partner with providers to keep data accurate and responsive.
You’ll build KPI dashboards, drive process improvements, and mentor a Young Apprentice while collaborating with global teams in a vibrant, office-first Brazil-based environment.
Our People Operations team keeps the essentials of the employee experience running smoothly across Brazil and Chile, from a new hire's first day through to the benefits that support them every day. The São Paulo team is going through an exciting shift, replacing manual, fragmented work with smarter, automated processes, so there's real room here to build better systems rather than just maintain old ones. As the person owning onboarding and benefits for Brazil, the work shapes how every new SumUpper starts their journey and how existing employees experience their day to day wellbeing, with the chance to also support the Chile team as shared processes come online.
Opportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our dynamic São Paulo hub in the heart of the city. This involves an office-first setup
Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: be part of a workplace that values and promotes diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone's perspectives are respected and embraced
Enrolment onto our Virtual Stock Option programme: you will own a stake in SumUp's future success
A dedicated annual L&D budget R$ 10,000 for education, certifications, and conferences
Generous time off: enjoy 22 working days of paid leave, plus public holidays and special leave days
Stay fit: Wellhub membership included and gym at the office

Be empowered to do more that matters.
