Qualificações

• Strong understanding of global payment systems, bank platforms, and treasury technologies.

The Purpose:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedSenior Treasury Analystto join our growing Treasury team at PPRO, a fast-paced fintech company revolutionizing the payments industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, optimizing liquidity, and supporting scalable cash management strategies that ensure the smooth movement of funds across our global payment networks.

Your impact in this role:

• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across bank accounts and payment rails.
• Develop and maintain short and long-term cashflow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Support the opening, maintenance, and rationalization of banking relationships.
• Coordinate internal fund transfers to meet operational and settlement needs.
• Partner with finance and product teams to ensure timely and accurate merchant settlement processes.
• Contribute to the optimization of the treasury function within our payment infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve treasury systems and automation.
• Assist with internal and external audits, maintaining strong internal controls.

What would make you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• 4+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience, ideally in a fintech or payments environment.
• Strong understanding of global payment systems, bank platforms, and treasury technologies.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and banking APIs is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.
• Working proficiency in English
