The Salesforce Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) Operations Innovation Delivery team is an integral part of our LCA Ops organization, focused on leading AI-enabled business transformation through process optimization, innovative technology and data analytics solutions to Salesforce's Legal and Corporate Affairs department.

The LCA Ops Innovation team is currently seeking an expert applicant to deliver key strategic initiatives for our internal LCA business customers, representing all Legal practices, as well as Privacy, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Ethics, and Government Affairs. This role is fundamental in providing deep business analysis, process design, technology and data-driven solutions to accelerate our LCA business operations for fast growth and scale as an agentic AI organization. This role will partner deeply with cross-functional teams across LCA, IT, Tech & Products, and other functions of the organization.


The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, communication and technical skills, with a deep Salesforce platform experience, data analytics, collaboration tools, problem solving skills, and have a positive, forward-thinking customer-focused outlook.


Responsibilities

  1. Lead business systems analysis and process design of internal initiatives representing LCA business functions.
  2. Identify, analyze and document business requirements, processes and use cases.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, objectives, requirements and architectural design approach of AI-enabled solutions.
  4. Drive innovative design concepts and documentation of future-state processes, architectural approach and business/system requirements.
  5. Hands-on design, development and implementation of AI-driven Salesforce platform and 3rd party application solutions, partnering with IT, Tech & Products and other teams where applicable to align on design approach, architecture, roadmaps and release schedules.
  6. Enable our LCA community on AI/agentic platform solutions, providing working prototypes, demos, education and awareness as products become available internally and for general release (GA).
  7. Leverage data to drive insightful analysis that enables the execution of LCA business objectives and AI-driven operational efficiencies.
  8. Document operational processes, procedures, technical and functional specifications.

Required Skills/Experience

  1. Experience in business analysis, process and technical design.
  2. Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience (required), including meaningful experience with ServiceCloud, SalesCloud, DataCloud, Einstein/Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Slack, Tableau, Mulesoft and Org level administration.
  3. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including proficiency with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards (required), and experience with Tableau CRM, Tableau Cloud, Data Cloud, Snowflake and/or similar tools.
  4. Experience in software development lifecycle and release management concepts and best practices.
  5. Experience in project leadership/management and agile scrum methodology.
  6. Salesforce Sys Admin (required) and other Salesforce platform certifications (desired).
  7. Customer-centric to build positive working relationships with business partners, teams and stakeholders.
  8. Self-starter and results oriented with a passion for learning and being curious.
  9. Proficiency in writing and speaking in English; able to convey message clearly and communicate at all levels.
  10. Growth mindset with positive, open thinking for an AI-enabled future; ability to flex easily with change.
  11. 5-7+ years of experience in business analysis, process design and specifically Salesforce platform configuration.
  12. 2-3+ years of Salesforce system administration experience and building apps on the Salesforce platform.
