The LCA Ops Innovation team is currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Business System Analyst to deliver key strategic initiatives for our internal LCA business customers, representing all Legal practices, as well as Privacy, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Ethics, and Government Affairs. This role is fundamental in providing deep business analysis, process design, technology and data-driven solutions to accelerate our LCA business operations for fast growth and scale as an agentic AI organization. This role will partner deeply with cross-functional teams across LCA, IT, Tech & Products, and other functions of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, communication and technical skills, with a deep Salesforce platform experience, data analytics, collaboration tools, problem solving skills, and have a positive, forward-thinking customer-focused outlook.
