Qualificações

• Experiência em Engenharia de Produtos/Subsea requerida.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês para comunicação com clientes.
• Histórico em projetos de qualificação da PETROBRAS desejável.

• Controlar escopo e tarefas diárias, alinhando-se ao cronograma do projeto.
• Planejar e coordenar uma equipe de engenharia multidisciplinar.
• Desenvolver entregáveis do projeto e revisar o trabalho de outros.

Join our team

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work and act as a leader in a team to develop and support products within the Technology and Project's groups. You will perform scientific and engineering efforts and coordinate other engineers in task related to the design of new products and services, as well as new designs for customer projects. You will deliver projects through the stages of design, verification and production.

As Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Controlling Scope and daily tasks with expertise and in alignment to project and tender schedule.
• Planning tasks and coordinating a multidisciplinary engineering team and capturing their skill sets to best serve the qualification programs' task.
• Promoting good communication across different stakeholders and engineering disciplines.
• Showing and carrying constant work organization tightness.
• Working collaborative with a global engineering community.
• Communicating with Customers in both Portuguese and English language ensuring customer satisfaction and participation in the tender or project process.
• Developing Project deliverables, reviewing and approving the work of others, such as but not limited to manufacturing drawings, schematics, P&IDs, procedures, reports, etc.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor’s in mechanical, Electrical or other Engineering bachelors is required.
• Have experience with Subsea Project/Product Engineer background at component level, including large and small-bore valves & actuators, large bore connections, metal and elastomeric seals, mechanical locking systems and others. Emphasis required on pre-salt and deepwater systems.
• Proficiency in communicating with Customers in both Portuguese and English language.
• Experience with PETROBRAS Qualification Projects required
• Background in leading and coordinating cost-out exercises is paramount.
• A Solution, Cost and Schedule driven mindset.
• Proactiveness and engagement to cover daily tasks.
• Quick learning and resilience skill sets to a changing scenario.
• Ability to work and/or support more than two NPIs running in parallel.
• Availability to travel and support work fronts in different locations in the globe.
  
  
  

Desirable

• Skilled in Engineering Database set up and configuration (SAP or Team Center);
• Skilled in Engineering based software’s (Autocad, Creo, Solid Works, Visio, MSP)
• Masters or Pos-graduate in Engineering.
