  • Ensure ECC system setup and accuracy (master data, STOs, POs) align with operational strategy.
  • Plan raw material availability to produce and manage variations.
  • Work closely with production plants to monitor daily production confirmations and ECC inventory accuracy.
  • Schedule import materials for Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico.
  • Inform CSRs, Commercial, and others of non-conformance issues such as ATP, resource quality, or availability, after prior alignment with Business Planner and Product teams.
  • Generate a time-phased supply schedule to meet short-term business requirements, considering plant constraints and inventory/customer service targets.
  • Determine and implement effective regional or global sourcing rules.
  • Implement or execute external manufacturing agreements.
  • Own and operate site or regional planning models, ensuring efficient use of IT systems.
  • Serve as a local site coordinator for demand, utilities, or environmental operations.

  • Identify and prioritize supply issues such as capacity constraints or product shortages, and address them promptly.
  • Lead collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, third-party providers, and partners to manage unplanned events.
  • Maintain production parameters (material masters, work centers, routings) for effective planning.
  • Follow best practices, procedures, and governance over master data.
  • Support global supply chain initiatives through interface with other personnel.
  • Manage local logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Advanced Spanish language skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in planning processes, warehouse management, or foreign trade.
