Join Macquarie’s São Paulo Commodities Desk as a Senior Structured Finance Marketer/Originator, where you will play a strategic role in expanding our structured credit and financing portfolio across the full spectrum of Structured Credit. As part of a high performing global platform, you will leverage deep structuring, risk, and origination expertise to deliver innovative and bespoke financing solutions to clients operating throughout Brazil.

What role will you play?

In this senior position, you will drive the origination, structuring, and execution of complex, multi commodity finance transactions—including structured credit, securitizations, working capital facilities, inventory and pre-export financings, financial hedging solutions (FX, interest rates, and commodity derivatives), and other tailored financing products. You will work closely with trading, sales, legal, risk, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, execute transactions end-to end.

Candidates should bring a strong technical background in structured finance or investments, demonstrated leadership in client origination, documentation critical analysis supported by legal experts, credit risk analysis, and commercial mindset capable of navigating sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

This role offers a high visibility platform, significant client interaction, and potential for accelerated advancement into broader senior marketing, origination, or trading aligned leadership positions across Macquarie’s international offices.

What You Offer

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in client coverage, tailor made structured finance solutions, and credit risk , with a strong focus on the Brazilian market
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, structuring, documentation, negotiation, and execution of complex debt or structured transactions
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong knowledge of regulatory and market environments in Brazil
• Degree in a quantitative or finance related discipline (Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields preferred)
• Availability to travel regionally in Brazil and operate in a dynamic, fast paced global commodities environment
• Previous usage of AI in working environments
