Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Management LAC Overview:
The Services Business and Market Insights team is seeking a Regional Product Manager, leading platform onboarding and market wide product management for LAC. This role will drive platform onboarding with clients, market wide product strategy, regional product development, and market awareness across the LAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product management, platform onboarding, and Analytics, with a focus on deployment, scalability, and partnerships.

Role:

In this leadership position, you will:

  1. Lead existing and pipeline market wide products across LAC region
  2. Deploy platform onboarding with clients, guaranteeing flawless implementation, client satisfaction and platform usage
  3. Be responsible for P&Ls of market wide products, driving profitability and sustainable growth
  4. Oversee regional product development for market wide solutions to meet local market demands
  5. Drive market testing of new concepts, optimizing product offerings based on insights from the LAC market
  6. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption across LAC
  7. Collaborate with global product teams to align on LAC market needs and product roadmaps
  8. Build regional partnerships with go-to-market teams and core & commercial product groups to drive growth in LAC
  9. Lead scalability efforts; market wide and network initiatives, ensuring efficient growth and high-quality products in LAC
  10. Develop product narratives and deliver storytelling that engages LAC customers and stakeholders
  11. Increase product awareness through training, roadshows, and B2B marketing activities in the region
  12. Drive thought leadership to position Mastercard as an industry innovator in Analytics across LAC

All About You:

The ideal candidate should:

  1. Possess a background in Analytics, platform management and/or management consulting, with a strong understanding of platform onboarding, client management and Analytics
  2. P&L management
  3. Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer success
  4. Have a creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling product narratives and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences
  5. Demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide actionable solutions
  6. Be a natural relationship builder, capable of managing key partnerships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success
  7. Exhibit ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving market
  8. Demonstrate persistence and enthusiasm in pursuing goals and overcoming obstacles to achieve success
  9. Be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams on shared objectives
