Jobtailor is seeking a Technical Lead to drive architecture evolution for an Insurance App spanning Android, iOS, and Java BFF platforms. You will lead code reviews, guide critical technical decisions, and mentor the team toward scalable, secure, and high‑quality deliveries.

You will participate in hands‑on development where needed, design robust integrations with the Java BFF, and ensure responsive, accessible experiences. Strong CI/CD expertise and excellent communication are essential.

• Experience leading mobile app architecture and delivery in a multi-platform environment.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modern mobile patterns.
• Proven ability to align engineering decisions with product goals and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure app is responsive, accessible, and performant across devices and OS versions.
• Evolve the automated testing strategy across the three stack fronts.
• Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and ensure safe, frequent deployments.

Development & Architecture

• Participate in hands‑on development on mobile and/or BFF fronts as needed.
• Design and maintain robust integrations between the app and Java BFF, following REST and/or GraphQL principles.
• Ensure app is responsive, accessible, and performant across different devices and OS versions.
• Evolve the automated testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E) across the three stack fronts.
• Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and ensure safe and frequent deployments.

Requirements

• Android (Kotlin): Experience with native mobile development.
• iOS (Swift / SwiftUI): Experience with native mobile development.
• Experience with backend development in Java (Spring Boot or similar).
• Experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference in product teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI).
• Experience with REST API patterns, BFF design and client‑server contracts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane or similar).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
