Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer in São Paulo to design and implement software across Java back-end and modern front-end frameworks. You will bridge modern and legacy systems, ensure quality through automated tests, and participate in SAFe agile ceremonies with Jira-driven workflows.

The role covers production monitoring and deployment support, collaborating closely with technical leads and other developers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Java (8+) and the Spring ecosystem.
• Front-end experience with Angular (7+) and React.
• Knowledge of microservices and system integration.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement software solutions using Java and modern front-end frameworks, ensuring high availability for policy issuance processes.
• Systems Integration: Act as a bridge between modern and legacy systems, ensuring efficient communication through APIs and robust contracts.
• Quality and Governance: Apply coding best practices, ensuring quality through automated tests (unit and integration) and SonarQube validations.
• Agile Culture (SAFe): Actively collaborate with the team in agile ceremonies (Dailies, Plannings, Reviews, Retros), keeping documentation and task workflows (Jira) up to date.
• Monitoring and Support: Support the application lifecycle, including production monitoring and support during deployment windows (CI/CD).
• Technical Collaboration: Work collaboratively with technical leads and other developers, maintaining clear and constructive communication.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or nearing completion with proven experience)
• Experience: Solid technical background (4–5 years) focused on software engineering and development
• Back-end Development: Proficiency in Java (8+) and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch)
• Front-end Development: Hands-on experience with Angular (7+) and React (Required)
• Architecture: Knowledge of microservices and system integration
• Databases: Experience with Oracle and MongoDB
• Agility: Experience working on projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and management tools (Jira)
• Differentials (Desired):
• Postgraduate degree in technology or data/AI-related areas
• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and container platforms (Kubernetes/Docker)
• Experience with AI-based productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Focus on management driven by indicators and metrics
