Resumo da oferta

Swap Financial seeks a seasoned backend engineer to evolve its platform and build distributed, scalable systems. You will implement REST APIs, manage relational databases, and work with Docker, Elixir, and OTP. Collaboration across teams and participation in agile ceremonies are expected.

You will address tickets and bugs, document technical details, and contribute to observability and monitoring practices in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualificações

Strong experience in backend development.
Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.
Experience with relational databases.
Experience with Docker.
Knowledge of Elixir and the OTP ecosystem.
Strong analytical, autonomous, and collaborative skills.
Experience working with financial services companies (a plus).
Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) (a plus).
Knowledge of event-driven architectures (a plus).
Experience with high-scale and highly available systems (a plus).
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting (a plus).
Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) (a plus).
Knowledge of the following technology stacks: Phoenix, Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB (a plus).
