Here’s what you need to know about this position:

THE WORK

Build and maintain internal developer platforms to streamline application development and deployment

Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other automation tools

Collaborate closely with DevOps and engineering teams to improve infrastructure and deployment workflows

Develop and enhance tools and processes that boost developer productivity and reduce deployment times

Lead technical design and architecture initiatives for scalable and maintainable software systems

Manage version control, release strategies, and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and stability

Drive continuous improvement in developer experience through process automation, documentation, and team training

NEEDED EXPERTISE

Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and automation, especially GitHub Actions

Proficiency in container orchestration and deployment with Kubernetes

Solid experience managing and architecting cloud infrastructure on AWS

Skilled in backend and full-stack development, with experience in Java, Ruby, or similar languages

Deep understanding of software architecture patterns such as clean architecture, microservices, and monolithic systems

Expertise in version control systems (Git, Git Flow) and release management best practices

Proven ability to lead technical design, collaborate across teams, and promote agile development methodologies
