We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help build and scale mission-critical web applications using React, Node.js, and Azure Functions. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role ideal for those who thrive in agile teams, take ownership of technical architecture, and enjoy mentoring others while writing clean, scalable code.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React, Material UI, and Node.js
• Design and implement serverless functions using Azure Functions
• Work with MySQL and Redis for efficient data management and caching strategies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile environment
• Implement and manage authentication and authorization via Active Directory (OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML)
• Optimize application performance and scalability across both frontend and backend
• Contribute to architecture planning and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
• Use CosmosDB for scalable, distributed data solutions (if applicable)

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally in full-stack roles
• Experience building cloud-native services with Azure Functions
• Proficiency in MySQL, Redis, and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory authentication systems
• Deep understanding of performance tuning, code quality, and security best practices
• Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CosmosDB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure in Azure
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for front-end and back-end
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior developers
