Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, and implement ITOM/CMDB solutions for diverse clients. You will work across modules, collaborate with architects and engineers, and contribute to solution validation and code reviews.

The role emphasizes integration work with external systems, keeping up-to-date with ServiceNow features, and pursuing professional growth within a supportive environment. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, including customization, scripting, and module configuration.
• Strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and Certificate Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API for scripting and automation.
• Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written).
