Job Description:

The Senior Service Analyst provides Route to Market applications (includes Sales Force Automation, Distributoer Management, Image Recognition etc.) support to accelerate AP, EU & AM, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement projects and vendor management. This role will be part of the Global Application service team base in Brazil.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent English (min Upper Intermediate): both written and verbal

• Have expertise on RTM applications, and also good understanding on RTM industry trend

• Strong analytical & problem solving skills

• Strong stake holder management skill & conflict management skills

• Experience in IT support of business systems or in service management in the delivery of IT solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure

What will be your key responsibilities?

• As Route to Market application owner, manage application vendor to deliver stable application service with building up standard operational procedure & operation capability of startup vendor to meet Mars business requirements.

• Continuously seek for best practice of auto operation in industry to improve the operation efficiency of vendor for cost saving.

• Engage IT Business Partnership team & business stake holders across regions, cross segments.

• Continuously identify and improve system to meet business’ growing requirements

• Develop/improve standard Operation and Service Delivery Procedures

• Lead vendor to develop regional solutions for business (CIP-Continuous Improvements)

• Assist with change management activities which include release and production slots

• Work on Service Introduction (Take On) Activities, including supportability advice and providing support to Development Teams during the systems delivery lifecycle.

• Outage coordination in the regions

• Report on Service metrics
