Nubank is seeking a Senior Security Engineer (AI Security) to strengthen the security and resilience of its AI ecosystem. You will analyze security risks across machine learning models and Generative AI apps, design controls, and build tooling for secure AI adoption at scale.

You will partner with engineering to integrate security across the AI lifecycle, automate assessments, and contribute to evolving security practices. A proactive, hands-on security engineer is desired.

Qualificações

• Must have knowledge of security frameworks such as OWASP.
• Proficiency in Python for ML/security tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Experience in high-scale environments and regulated contexts.
• Proactive security mindset with strong analytical skills.

In this role, you will identify and assess security risks across machine learning models and Generative AI applications, design and implement security controls, and help build security frameworks and tooling for the safe adoption of AI at scale.You will partner with engineering teams to integrate security throughout the AI development lifecycle, automate security assessments and controls, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our AI security practices.
