FPT Latin America is seeking a Senior SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Specialist to support a client’s SAP MDG environment, providing production support, troubleshooting, and functional expertise across critical master data processes. This role requires 8–15 years of senior-level MDG experience, deep knowledge of Material Master and Business Partner domains, and hands-on skills with IDoc, ALE, and OData integrations, often during U.S.

business hours.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of senior SAP MDG experience.
• In-depth MDG knowledge of Material Master and Business Partner domains.
• Proven experience troubleshooting IDoc, ALE, OData, and downstream integrations.
• Strong MDG configuration, workflows, and data governance expertise.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0, ABAP debugging/analysis, SAP PI/PO, and BASIS.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in an SLA-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide P1/P2 production support and meet incident response SLAs.
• Troubleshoot SAP MDG issues involving Material Master and Business Partner.
• Resolve data quality issues, workflow errors, functional defects, and configuration-related problems.
• Troubleshoot IDoc, ALE, and OData replication and support downstream system integrations.
• Collaborate with business users to triage incidents and deliver effective solutions.
• Support MDG upgrades, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with client IT stakeholders and elevate L3/L4 issues when required.
• Must be available during U.S. business hours, 8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time.
• Occasional pre-approved after-hours support may be required for critical P1/P2 incidents.
• Client interview and approval are required before assignment.

• Support MDG upgrades, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
