Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation in São Paulo, Brazil seeks a Master Data Analyst to ensure accurate customer and vendor master data supporting SAP transactions. The role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, and business leaders and reports to the Regional Master Data Supervisor.

The position requires a Bachelor's in business/technical fields, strong English, and knowledge of ERP systems. Hybrid work arrangement is available, with emphasis on data quality and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of master data processes and Lubrizol systems in one functional area.
• Basic transactional knowledge of systems to use (e.g. SAP, CMRP, SAR, QAD…).
• Basic knowledge of Master Data tables and fields in one functional area.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Willingness to learn audit processes, systems used, and compliance requirements.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (MS Forms, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, DataLake, RPAs).
• Moderate knowledge of Excel and tables within ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Review creation and change requests for accuracy, respond to master data queries and setup of required master data.
• Use specific master data systems and execute transactions required for setup and change master data.
• Test newly created applications for correctness and adherence to master data processes.
• Assist and support audits by gathering data, documents and information.
• Collect and prepare reports to stakeholders/project team within specific functional area. Prepare mass load data collection files.

Thisposition is accountable for Ensuring accurate customer and vendor master data in support of SAP business transactions, in a cost-efficient way. This role works closely with other team members, and global contacts in Operations, Supply Chain, and business leaders. This role reports to the Regional Master Data Supervisor.

• Basic knowledge of Master Data tables and fields in one functional area;
• Advanced level of English proficiency;
• Willingness and ability to learn audit processes, systems used, and compliance requirements;
